Right of Withdrawal for Services
1. Withdrawal Period
1.1 Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The withdrawal period begins:
a) For services, on the day the contract is concluded.
b) For goods or digital content provided on physical media, on the day the customer receives the product.
1.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the Company of their decision in writing, either via email or postal correspondence. The withdrawal request must include:
The customer’s name and contact details.
The date of the contract or service purchase.
A clear statement of the intent to withdraw from the contract.
1.3 The withdrawal request is considered timely if submitted before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
2.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
a) Fully Rendered Services: If the service has been fully performed and the customer explicitly agreed to the commencement of the service prior to the withdrawal period’s expiration, acknowledging the loss of the right to withdraw.
b) Customized Services: For services tailored specifically to the customer’s requirements, including personalized mentoring programs, course content, or customized investment strategies.
c) Digital Content: If the customer has accessed or downloaded digital content (such as online courses or software tools), where the content is not supplied on a tangible medium, and the customer consented to immediate provision, waiving their right to withdraw.
d) Installment Financing: For customers participating in programs financed through installment payments, as the Company has already committed resources and advanced the costs of the product or service.
2.2 Customers are advised to carefully review the terms of their selected service before confirming their purchase to ensure they understand these exceptions.
3. Consequences of Withdrawal
3.1 Upon withdrawal, the customer is entitled to a refund of payments made, excluding:
a) The value of any services already rendered up to the point of withdrawal.
b) Non-refundable administrative fees associated with setting up the service or subscription.
3.2 If a customer withdraws after partially utilizing the service, the refund amount will be calculated based on the following:
The proportion of the service completed relative to the full duration or scope of the service.
Any one-time costs incurred by the Company in preparing or delivering the service (e.g., setup fees, initial consultations).
3.3 Customers who have entered into an installment financing agreement for the Mentoring Program cannot withdraw from the contract once it is signed. This is due to the Company's commitment to advancing the full cost of the program and allocating resources upfront.
3.4 Customers who withdraw but fail to return materials or tools provided as part of the service may incur additional charges equivalent to the replacement cost of the unreturned items.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refunds are processed within 14 business days of the Company receiving and approving the customer’s withdrawal request. The customer will be notified of the refund approval and processing timeline.
4.2 Refunds are issued via the same payment method used by the customer for the initial purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. Additional banking fees or currency conversion charges associated with refunds are borne by the customer.
4.3 The following conditions apply to refund eligibility:
a) Services not yet utilized or accessed by the customer are eligible for a full refund, excluding any applicable administrative fees.
b) Refunds for partially utilized services are calculated on a pro-rata basis, as outlined in Section 3.2.
c) Services provided under special promotions, discounts, or custom agreements may have different refund terms, as detailed in the specific offer’s terms and conditions.
4.4 The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests if:
The withdrawal request falls outside the permissible 14-day withdrawal period.
The customer has substantially benefited from the service or violated the terms of use.
4.5 In cases of dispute regarding the value of rendered services, the Company will conduct an internal review, and the findings will be shared with the customer for transparency.
