How long does it take to receive my reward?

Once you submit your reward request, you can expect to receive your payout within 3 business days.
We stand by our commitment to timely payouts. If we fail to process your reward within this timeframe, we will add a $150 bonus to your payout as compensation. However, this bonus will not be applied if the delay is caused by:
Pending KYC verification or incomplete identity confirmation.
Requests for additional data clarification from our team.
We recommend ensuring that all necessary information is up to date to avoid any processing delays.
How are withdrawal/reward requests processed?

Reward requests can be initiated from your dashboard and will be processed within 3 business days. A minimum withdrawal amount of $100 is required to submit a request.
We process rewards via PayPal, Bank Transfer or Crypto Wallet. From there, you can withdraw your money using your preferred method.
Please ensure that the name on your ETS Funded account matches the name on your deposit account to avoid any processing issues.
Funded Account Reward Guidelines
At ETS Funded, we prioritize a fair and secure trading environment. To maintain stability, we have implemented the following rules for funded accounts:
Daily Profit Limit
Traders on funded accounts can generate a maximum profit of $3,000 per trading day.
Any profits exceeding this limit will be deducted from the account.
This is not considered a breach; the deduction is only to maintain a controlled and sustainable trading system.
Profit Withdrawal Limits for Initial Rewards
For the first two reward requests, traders can withdraw a maximum of 6% of the initial account balance.
Any profits beyond this limit will be deducted from the account balance.
After the first two rewards, this restriction is removed, and there are no further withdrawal limits.
Why Are These Limits Necessary?
These limits help create a stable and secure trading environment while allowing us to properly assess each trader’s performance. The period between purchasing the program and receiving the first rewards is often too short for a full evaluation of trading behavior. By implementing these temporary restrictions, we ensure fairness, sustainability, and long-term opportunities for all traders.

When will I receive my credentials?

You will receive your credentials via Email immediately or upto 24 hours after you successfully complete your purchase.
If you have successfully complete all the steps of your evaluation, please allow our team up to 2 business days to review your account and invite you to complete our KYC, once KYC is completed you’ll receive your simulated funded account within the following business day.
